Fotaly is an event photo experience platform built for photographers and event professionals.

Our platform helps photographers create events, share photo galleries with guests, generate QR-based photo experiences, manage event content, and provide guests with tools to discover and access event photos.

2. Your Account

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share event content. This includes obtaining any required permissions from:

4. Guest Access

Photographers and event organisers may share event galleries with guests through QR codes, links, or other access methods provided by Fotaly.

You are responsible for choosing how your event gallery is shared and configured. Depending on your event settings, guests may be able to:

Please review your event privacy settings before publishing an event.

5. AI Photo Search

Certain events may offer AI-powered photo discovery features.

Guests may be able to upload or capture a photo of themselves to search for matching photos within an event gallery.

By using this feature, users understand that:

• •The feature may occasionally return incorrect or incomplete matches
• •Uploaded images are processed to provide the requested search functionality

We recommend that photographers maintain their own backup copies of important content. Fotaly should not be considered your only backup solution for critical event files.

When you connect a third-party account, you may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies. Fotaly is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their platforms.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription or additional purchase. Where applicable, we will clearly display pricing, billing frequency, included features, storage limits, and any additional charges.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period, where applicable.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account settings.

Cancellation may take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. Your access to certain features, storage, or event galleries may change after your subscription ends.

11. Changes to the Service

We're constantly improving Fotaly. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Fotaly if you violate these Terms, if your use creates a security risk, if we are legally required to do so, or if your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

13. Disclaimer

We work hard to provide a reliable service, but Fotaly cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Features such as photo uploads, live galleries, AI search, and third-party integrations may depend on factors outside our control, including internet connectivity and third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Fotaly after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
